Alexander Technique greatly increases our well-being by teaching us to move as we are designed. We have been given a certain corporal architecture; the more we understand how it works and move according to its principles, the better we function in all aspects of our life.
Our main hindrance is that we interfere, often subconsciously, with our operating system by collapsing on and constricting ourselves. This diminishes our capabilities. Alexander Technique elucidates these negative habitual patterns and helps us dissolve them so we can move and live better.
