An Owner's Manual for the Human Body
Most of us are born with a natural grace and ease of movement. Just remember back to your youth or observe children today.
However, this is a tough planet and we often react to hardships by habitually interfering with our 'good use' by over-tensing and/or collapsing groups of muscles. Our original poise gives way to fatigue and discomfort; our flexibility gives way to stiffness and injury; and our inherent coordination gives way to tension and strain.
If left unchecked, 'misuse' can give rise to a myriad of common ailments such as neck and back pain, joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, slipped discs, TMJ, migraines, hypertension, arthritis, insomnia and even depression.
